P820 Comparison of three nutritional screening tools with the new GLIM criteria for malnutrition among definitive and elective surgery Crohn’s patients in China

Abstract Background The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare three nutritional screening tools with the new GLIM criteria for malnutrition among definitive elective surgery Crohn’s patients in China. Methods Nutritional tools, including tool IBD (NS-IBD), Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002), Prognostic Nutrition Index (PNI) were applied 212 We compared diagnostic values these malnutrition, using as ‘gold standards’. Results According 81(61.79%) diagnosed malnutrition. With use NRS-2002, 140(66.10%)of found be at high risk malnutrition; NS-IBD, 181(85.30% )of moderate/high according PNI, 94(44.0%)of risk. comparison each showed sensitivity 83.26%,85.74%,79.83%, specificity 62.91%,54.62%,57.34% NS-IBD respectively. best correlated ESPEN (К=0.388, p<0.001) PNI (К=0.208, p=0.007) NRS-2002 (К=0.744, p<0.032).The receiver operating characteristic curve had highest area under (AUC) NRS NS-IBD. Conclusion In future, combined application two can better reflect status patients.
